About Us

Scott D. Goldman

Scott was born in Detroit, MI and lived there for 26 years before moving to Denver, Colorado for better weather and great skiing. Scott D. Goldman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Michigan State University. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate at Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Scott’s extensive background & experience in family law makes him a great mediator. Scott is committed to helping you and your partner come to a resolution that is in both your best interests. He has assisted numerous other individuals who have been in situations much like yours. He understands that this is an emotionally difficult time, and he is prepared to provide you with the support and council you need.

Outside of work Scott enjoys spending time with his family as well as well hitting the slopes of different ski resorts around North America.


Ashley B. Drake

Ashley is a Colorado native and attended the University of Denver where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in 2006. Ashley obtained her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011.

During law school she completed an externship in St. Croix, USVI where she worked on class action and personal injury cases. Ashley has volunteered as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) advocate to protect the best interests of abused and neglected children in both her community and the courtroom. Ashley worked at a Colorado Springs Law Firm for three years where she practiced family law and bankruptcy law. Ashley’s passion is to help her clients during stressful and challenging times by providing legal guidance and a compassionate ear to those in need.

Outside of work Ashley enjoys reading, skiing, exploring her beautiful home state with her family, and is a certified yoga instructor.
